Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 chopped green onion
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small saucepan, then add leftover marinade.
- Cook glaze over medium heat until thickened.
- Toss cooked beef in glaze, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
