Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water in a small saucepan, then add leftover marinade.
  7. Cook glaze over medium heat until thickened.
  8. Toss cooked beef in glaze, garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
