Ingredients

  • 500g beef steak, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Season the beef slices with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add the beef to the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Toss the mixed greens with the remaining olive oil.
  7. Serve the beef and potatoes with the mixed greens on the side.
