- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups mixed greens

- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the cubed potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Season the beef slices with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the beef to the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss the mixed greens with the remaining olive oil.
- Serve the beef and potatoes with the mixed greens on the side.
