- 1 lb beef steak, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss beef slices with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Toss carrots with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve beef with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on beef thickness.
- For creamier potatoes, add more milk.
