Description

A simple and delicious meal featuring air-fried beef, creamy mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss beef slices with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss carrots with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve beef with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots.
