A quick and easy air fryer recipe for crispy beef strips served with golden french fries and a creamy garlic mayo dip.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Season beef strips with salt and pepper.
- Add beef to the air fryer with the fries and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice for the dip.
- Serve beef and fries with garlic mayo dip.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
