A quick and flavorful dish featuring air-fried beef topped with fresh chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season beef with salt and black pepper.
- Place beef in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.
- While beef cooks, blend parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
- Remove beef from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice beef and top with chimichurri sauce before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on preferred doneness.
- Chimichurri can be made ahead and refrigerated.
