Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place beef in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes for medium-rare.
  4. While beef cooks, blend parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
  5. Remove beef from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice beef and top with chimichurri sauce before serving.
