- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Dip each shrimp in cornstarch, then beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce or drizzle it on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

- Use large shrimp for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
