Easy and delicious banana donuts made in an air fryer for a healthier treat.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed banana, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Grease a donut pan and pour batter into each mold.
- Place pan in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for easier batter transfer.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
