Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed banana, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Grease a donut pan and pour batter into each mold.
  5. Place pan in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.
  7. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
