- 4 medium Sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes under running water. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and cinnamon if using.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the sweet potatoes for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
