Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Pierce potatoes with a fork.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place potatoes in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check doneness with a fork.
- Serve hot.
