Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under cold water. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
