Perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these air fryer baked potatoes are a quick and easy side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Russet Potatoes (Scrubbed clean)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
