- 4 Medium Russet Potatoes (Scrubbed clean)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
- Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
