- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding some grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the potatoes; larger ones may need a few more minutes.
