Ingredients

- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add the meat or fish, cook until browned.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the vegetables, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes until everything is tender.
- Serve hot with rice or bread.
