Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potato by peeling and cutting it into sticks.
- Steam or bake the sweet potato until soft.
- Slice the avocado into wedges.
- Peel and cut the banana into thick slices.
- Steam the carrot and broccoli until tender.
- Cook oatmeal until soft and cool it to a safe temperature.
- Serve each food item on a plate for your baby to pick up.
