Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Stir in beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on each bun.
- Spoon the meat mixture onto the buns and serve immediately.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
