Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  3. In the same pan, add orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, fry the chicken in small batches.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
