- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Rub olive oil evenly over both sides of the salmon.
- Mix lemon zest, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix generously over the salmon.
- Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
