- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the spice mix.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and place chicken breasts.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
