A romantic 3-course Valentine’s dinner menu for a special evening.
Ingredients
- Appetizer: 1 cup of mixed greens, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup feta cheese, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- Main Course: 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup asparagus, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- Dessert: 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup whipped cream, 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Add asparagus to the pan and sauté until tender.
- For dessert, slice strawberries and mix with sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
