Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Add sliced steak to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour into the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the steak for up to 2 hours.
  • Serve with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables.
