A quick and easy one-pan honey garlic butter salmon ready in 25 minutes. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until crispy.
- Flip salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Return salmon to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
- Cook for 2 more minutes until glazed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Pairs well with steamed vegetables or rice.
