Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
  6. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  7. Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  8. Return salmon to the pan and spoon sauce over it.
  9. Cook for 2 more minutes until glazed.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve.
