Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with shrimp, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
