Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return beef to the pan.
  6. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour over the beef and broccoli.
  7. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
