A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry with broccoli and sesame sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return beef to the pan.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Pour over the beef and broccoli.
- Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.

- Slice beef thinly for quick cooking.
- Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Add bell peppers or carrots for extra veggies.
