- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add baking soda and salt, then stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
