- 1 whole red snapper (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the red snapper and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Rub the fish with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, garlic, and fresh herbs.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
