Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, honey, and almond butter.
- Add the dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute almond butter with peanut butter.
- Feel free to add dried fruit for extra flavor.
