Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, bring to a simmer.
- Add spinach, cook until wilted.
- Serve hot.
