A nourishing soup for the Daniel Fast, rich in vegetables and flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped spinach
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
- Add carrots, celery, and onions. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add diced tomatoes and green beans. Stir well.
- Season with garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- This soup can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
