- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup hummus
Instructions
- Combine almonds and cashews in a bowl.
- Add dried cranberries to the nut mixture.
- Wash and cut baby carrots and cucumber.
- Serve with hummus on the side.
